At Braj Studio, we aim to deliver high-quality video editing services and maintain transparent communication throughout every project.
Before Work Begins
Clients may request a full refund if the project has not yet started.
After Work Has Started
Once work has commenced, payments made are non-refundable. This includes projects billed with a 50% upfront payment or ongoing monthly retainers.
The upfront payment covers project planning, editing time, creative work, revisions, and resource allocation that begin immediately after project confirmation.
Monthly Retainers
Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun. If you wish to discontinue a retainer, please notify us before the next billing cycle.
Project Concerns
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your project, we encourage you to contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns through revisions within the agreed project scope.
