Project scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and revision limits will be agreed upon before work begins.
Payments
Projects may require a 50% upfront payment before work starts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For clients on monthly retainers, invoices are issued according to the agreed billing schedule.
Final project files may be withheld until all outstanding payments have been received.
Revisions
The number of revisions included in a project will be communicated before work begins.
Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.
Ownership
Clients retain ownership of the final approved deliverables after full payment has been received.
Until payment is completed in full, all project files, edits, and deliverables remain the property of Braj Studio.
Braj Studio reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, or social media unless a written confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement states otherwise.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing all necessary footage, assets, and brand materials.
Ensuring they have the legal rights to use any supplied content.
Reviewing deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.
Providing clear and timely feedback.
Braj Studio is not responsible for delays caused by missing assets or delayed client responses.
Intellectual Property
Clients warrant that any materials supplied to Braj Studio do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Braj Studio accepts no liability for copyright claims arising from client-provided content.
Website Use
All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, and design, is owned by Braj Studio unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish website content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver services to a professional standard, Braj Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website.
